On September 27th, the Capitol Corrido Joint Powers Authority (CCJPA), County of Solano, Cities of Fairfield and Vacaville, and the Solano Transportation Authority (STA) plan to celebrate the life, leadership, and vision of former California State Legislator and lifelong Solano County advocate, Tom Hannigan, with the dedication of the Fairfield-Vacaville Hannigan Station.
